This year
I have created a
unique charitable
donation concept that reflects the current
financial and economic conditions we are all
facing. for every transaction I close between
January first and December fifteenth, I will
donate a percentage of the proceeds to a
sponsored charity.
but, I need your help. this event is something
that has never happened in Denver before
and I ask that you invite friends, family and
colleagues to join you. In doing so, please
keep in mind the end goal is to generate real
estate business that in turn creates charitable
donations throughout the year.

In this
fun-filled Anusara-inpired yoga fundraiser, we will
explore the pulsation of the heart chakra. Most of us
are generous and we offer a lot of our time, money, and
love to the causes that move our hearts. To keep giving,
we also have to be able to receive Grace, or as they say
in cycling, we end up bonking! So, come spend the
afternoon learning yoga techniques that will nourish the
mind, body, and spirit while supporting an important
cause.
Your donation
supports the cyclist of Team Colorado in the battle to
end AIDS. This June, 25 yogis on bikes from
Colorado will participate in AIDS/LifeCycle, a 545 mile
bike ride to make a world of difference in the lives of
people living with HIV and AIDS. By raising funds and
increasing awareness, we can realize a world free of HIV
and the human suffering it causes.

Join us for our biggest fundraiser of the season.
There will be plenty of food, a cash bar, and top-notch
entertainment, including the Gay Men's Chorus of Denver.
This fundraiser will help us raise money for the
LA
Gay and Lesbian Center, and the
San Francisco Aids
Foundation, both of which are saving lives everyday by
providing critical medicine and access to physicians for
people suffering from AIDS and HIV, but with no means to
pay for the services themselves.
To help us raise the money, we will have a silent
auction, a raffle, and a brief documentary of the ride
we're embarking on this June.

Join the Denver Gay Men’s Chorus
as we two-step our way into springtime with "A Little
Bit Country, A Little Bit Rock 'N Roll," an exciting
concert of popular music. Join us to hear the chorus
perform songs like "Rocky Top," "Thank God I'm a Country
Boy," "Do You Love Me?," "Yesterday," "I've Got Friends
in Low Places," and Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah."
Tickets for all concerts are $22 each in advance and $24
at the door and may be purchased online with no service
charge; or in person at Wild Flowers, 12th & Madison, in
Denver or Poor Richard’s Bookstore on North Tejon in
Colorado Springs. Students 13 to 18 are $16 in advance
and Adults 55+ are $20 in advance and $22 at the door.
Children 12 and under are free.

Fundraising Planning meeting

This is a meeting to
finalize plans for the April 9th Ogden Theater
fundraiser. We hope that everyone that is
planning to participate in the party will be able to
attend!
A few things we would
like to figure out during the meeting:
- who has secured items
for the silent auction
- who is willing to make some food so we have some
apps at the fundraiser
- who is willing to set up
- who is willing to clean up
- should we all wear a "uniform" of sorts so
everyone knows who is riding
- how do we think we should split up the $ that is
fund raised
I am sure there are
other things as well...these were just some of the
things that Randi and I came up with!

order to do the ride. We are not quite there but working
